The Winchester Police Department (WPD) issued a warrant for 18 year old Demetrius Dominque Brown of Fredericksburg.

Brown is wanted in the investigation of a homicide and wounding that occurred in the 2500 block of Wilson Blvd. Winchester.

Brown was seen fleeing the scene in a white vehicle.

Brown has ties to Winchester-Frederick County, Fairfax and Washington DC..
