This past weekend the sports world was saddened by the passing of NFL legend Sam Huff. Not only was Sam a Hall Of Fame middle linebacker, but went on to success in business with the Marriott Corporation, was instrumental in the West Virginia horse racing industry, and was part of that great Washington Redskins broadcast team of “Frank, Sonny, and Sam.” In this very special Sports Dogs Podcast, Randy Woodward, the R-Dog talks with Dr. Kurt Pierce, who at one time played for the Colts, Bills, and Dolphins, and was a neighbor of Sam out in Middleburg, as we remember the legendary Sam Huff
NOTE: There will be a memorial celebration for Sam Huff on December 13th at 1pm at the Middleburg (Va.) Community Center. The public is invited.
