An email from Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) announced that kindergarten registration will be in two phases for 2022-23.

Those with children already in the FCPS system can register another child from Feb. 1-28 in the early bird registration period.

Those registering their first child in kindergarten should complete the registration process between Mar. 1-31.

Those enrolling their child in kindergarten must contact the registrar of the school the child will attend to complete the process either remotely or set an appointment to complete the process in person.

FCPS ask that your register your child for kindergarten during the times specified so schools can properly prepare for the school year.
