Touch-A-Truck to benefit Discovery Museum

The Top of Virginia Building Association is hosting a touch-a-truck event to support the Shenandoah Valley Discovery Museum.

The event will take place at the Frederick County Fairgrounds today from 11 am to 5 pm.

This is a great opportunity for kids to have a hands-on learning experience with local fire and rescue vehicles, heavy construction equipment, and other vehicles.

Tickets to the event cost $5 per person or $20 a carload of less than 6.

Where in the Valley is Santa Clause?

Santa will be in Luray on December 13,15, & 16. He will be on the road by 5p.m. escorted by The Luray Fire Department.

Between December 17-19 Santa will be in Strasburg he will leaving the Fire Department at 6 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m.

on Saturday and Sunday . They will also have a tracking system available for you to follow Santa . For more information

Starting at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday December 18th Santa will be in Middletown escorted by the Middletown Volunteer Fire &

Rescue Department. They have an updated map in detail on their Facebook page as well.

Santa will be in Warren County on December 24th, His journey will start at dusk and he will be escorted by Warren County Fire & Rescue.
