Both Frederick and Warren Counties Sheriff’s Offices have announced they will participate in National Drug Take Back Day.

National Drug Take Back Day is Sat. Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m..

This is a national effort to collect outdated or unused prescription or over the counter medications to keep them out of the wrong hands.

We spoke to Frederick County Sheriff Lenny Millholland about the Frederick County effort in our latest news maker segment.
