In an email from the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Virginia Police Benevolent Association (VAPBA) President Marc Ramey, concern was expressed over the actions of Frederick County Supervisor Shawn Graber.

The incident involved Graber and Frederick County Sheriff’s Deputy Sean Kennedy who responded to a complaint that Graber was taking pictures of a poll worker against her wishes.

This incident occurred on election day at a polling location in Frederick County where Kennedy went to resolve the issue.

After the incident Graber called Frederick County Sheriff Lenny Millholand in an attempt to have Kennedy disciplined for misconduct.

Video evidence of the incident indicates that no misconduct occurred.

Graber’s action in the incident raised concerns of not only the VAPBA but Frederick County residents on social media.

Back Creek Supervisor Graber has since apologized to both Sheriff Millholland and Deputy Kennedy for the incident.
