Valley Health (VH) opens a week long Virtual Health Fair Saturday Mar. 20.

The week long event offers a full schedule of online health and fitness programs on a variety of topics.

There are expanded opportunities for free in person heart and vascular screenings as well as reduced cost blood work.

Those options will be offered at VH locations from Luray to Martinsburg as well as Romney West Virginia.
