Front Royal would like to clean up for visitors

A press release from the town of Front Royal reminds residents of the incoming visitors to the region.

With thousands expected for leaf viewing the town would like to clean up and look its best, presentable and pleasant.

Mayor Chris Holloway reminds residents and businesses that fall is economically one of the top points of the year.

Holloway went on to say in the release that this is a good time to ensure that visitors want to revisit Front Royal throughout the year.

The town is asking residents, businesses and community groups to help keep the community clean this fall.

Keeping the town clean throughout the year can help to keep visitors returning throughout the year as well.

Areas of concern include high grass and weeds, trash not contained and abandoned or unattended vehicles and trailers.

You can report any concerns to planning@frontroyalva.com.

Front Royal also reminds residents and community groups to consider adopting a road, park, school or community, where they can pick up litter and monitor the locations.

Town signs can be erected to identify areas and adoptees.
