The Clarke County Health Department is the first to offer no-cost COVID -19 vaccinations today Jan.11 until noon.

This clinic may be open a little later depending on how long supplies last at the Boyce Volunteer Fire Department.

Those 75 or older along with law enforcement, educational staff, food and agriculture workers along with other essential worker groups are invited.

This is the first of several Points of Distribution or (PODS) to open this week in the Lord Fairfax Health District.

A full list of PODS is found here.

Arrangements will be  made to receive the second dose after the first is administered.

It’s recommended that you stagger arrival times with those with last names starting with A through J arriving until 10 a.m.  K through Z between 10 a.m. and noon.

Another clinic or POD will be open again Friday at the Boyce Volunteer Fire Department with the same hours.
