Fun Fact December 3, 2021.

The Hill family adopted a new pet last weekend, a Wolverine.  Ok, it’s not actually a wolverine, it’s a kitten that my son Evan named Wolverine.  According to National Geographic dot com,   The wolverine is a powerful animal that looks like a small bear but is actually the largest member of the weasel family.  They are tough animals who live a solitary life. They need a lot of room to roam. Individual wolverines may travel 15 miles in a day in search of food. Wolverines live in remote forests and tundra in the northern parts of Europe, Asia, and North America.  They are predators who are not afraid to attack larger animals.  They also eat berries and other vegetation and will scavenge for food. Wolverines have a heavy, attractive fur that once made them a prime trapper’s target in North America. Their fur was used to line parkas, though this practice is far less common today and the animals are protected in many areas. Listen to the podcast here;
