LCSO officially charge animal abuser involved in several cases

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) reports that they have now arrested and officially charged Reyan H. Ibrahim with trespassing and wearing a mask on private property.

The 25-year-old Ibrahim was the man involved in the stabbing death of the dog in Falls Church earlier in the month.

Ibrahim has now been positively identified as the man also involved in a series of trespasses on a Purcellville Farm January 12 and13.

After Ibrahim was asked to leave the farm the first time two deceased ducks were found.

A man matching Ibrahim’s description was then seen on the farm and again asked to leave January 13.

A farm hand reported that Ibrahim said that at least one of the horses was possessed.

Ibrahim has now been taken into custody and is being held in the Arlington County Adult Detention Center without bond.
