Governor Glenn Youngkin revealed that HP Hood LLC is set to invest over $83.5 million into expanding its dairy processing operations in Frederick County.

This ambitious endeavor encompasses enhancements to production and packaging infrastructure, alongside the construction of supplementary cooler and warehouse facilities.

Such expansion not only facilitates the company’s business growth, but also underscores its commitment to a local market for Virginia dairy farms.

The expansion will provide increased production capacity and fund technology that will enable Hood to produce new products in response to growing customer demand.
