Skyline High School holds final showings of Cinderella

You still have time to check out Skyline High School and St Johns Drama’s performance of Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella.

They got started last weekend with the final shows taking place today at 1:30 pm and 7: 30 pm and tomorrow at 3:00 pm.

The timeless musical will bring together the charm and elegance of Rodgers and Hamerstein’s version with a modern flair.

The original presentation debuted on television in 1957 and was the most widely viewed program in the history of TV.

Tickets are available at the door on the day of the performance.

Tickets will cost $10 for adults, $7 for students, and $5 for children with a family special for the matinees.

JHHS premieres Beauty and the Beast

John Handley High School premiered their rendition of Beauty and the Beast last night at Patsy Cline theater in Winchester.

There will also be showings today and tomorrow at 11 am and 4 pm.

Tickets are available for purchase at $10 and it’s expected to sell out, so show up early.

The high school student actors have had to be creative in preparing their performance which will also feature prerecorded video performances from Winchester’s elementary and middle school students.
