The public health effort by Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) and Rotz Pharmacy has administered over 5,000 doses of vaccine.

The LFCC Middletown Campus has been a vaccination clinic for the past five weeks.

It takes about 70 student nurses and other volunteers to man the clinic each day.

Jason Rotz co-owner of Rotz Pharmacy and LFCC wish to salute the dedicated volunteers that have made it possible during this National Volunteer week.

Jason Rotz did confirm that second doses will continue at LFCC until at least May 12 and offer more first doses if demand is there.
