Natural therapy at Seven Bends State Park
Seven Bends State Park is inviting guests for a full moon guided forest therapy walk today from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The Japanese practice of “forest bathing” is known to boost health and wellness.
The practice can lower blood pressure and heart rate and improve your mood and focus.
Kristine Villatoro is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
She will guide the participants to help them awaken their senses and reconnect with nature.
The experience is free but registration is encouraged by calling the park or through their Eventbrite page.
The park’s regular parking rates will apply.
