An email from Virginia’s Governor Northam announced the expansion of a Warren County facility.

The Governor helped break ground for the Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods facility’s expansion at the Virginia Inland Port Authority in Warren County.

The new 126,000 square foot facility will provide almost 70 new jobs for the region.

Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods supplies frozen fruits and vegetables throughout the United States and Canada.

Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods will invest $40.3 million to expand in Warren County at the Virginia Inland Port Authority.

Front Royal Warren County Economic Development Authority Chair Jeffrey Browne said the expansion helps solidify Warren County’s reputation as international manufacturing center in the food industry.

Virginia Port Authority Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Stephen Edwards said the port is proud to provide unparalleled port access into the Shenandoah Valley.

Edwards went on to say Nature’s Touch’s continued investment and job creation within the commonwealth paired with our infrastructure investments ensure Virginia remains the nation’s leading business destination for years to come.
