The United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley has announced the appointment of Kaycee Childress as their new President and CEO of the organization. Childress replaces interim CEO Cheryl Thompson Stacy as of April 25. Childress brings more than 30 years of executive leadership, marketing and development experience to her new position. Most recently Childress served as the Executive Director of Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation,
