It is recruitment time for the Boy Scouts of America as well as their Scouting for Food campaign.
We spoke with the Boy Scouts Shenandoah Area Council CEO Robert Garrett about the efforts in our latest news maker segment.
The good news is brought to you by the town of Front Royal.
Robert explains how scouting can benefit young people from kindergarten to 12 grade.
Robert also talks about the annual Scouting for Food campaign which benefits local food drives like Camping for Hunger.
The door hanger that will be distributed this Sat. Nov. 6 explains the food drive and has a link to become a Scout as well.
