News Maker Nancy Craun on feeding the hungry in a special way

Congregational Community Action Project (C-CAP) of Winchester, Frederick County’s free refrigerator has been in operation since last summer.

What you might not know is where some of that food in the free refrigerator comes from.

We spoke to the Founder of  the Taste of Blue Ridge Root to Table Food Initiative Nancy Craun about that in our latest news makers.

News makers are sponsored by Warren County Together We are Community.

Nancy tells us about a group of chefs that help to supply the refrigerator or Freeidge.

She also tells us of some of the items these chefs have come up with and how supportive of the effort they are.

Nancy also tells us how you can help with the initiative.
