The United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley (UWNSV) will present Project Connect tomorrow June 3 at the Woodstock Moose Lodge 8 a.m. to 2 p.m..

Project Connect will have 50 different groups and organizations all under one roof.

Next Fri. June 10 another opportunity will be offered from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Winchester’s  Charlotte DeHart Elementary School.

We spoke with the UWNSV Senior Director of Advancement Elise Stine-Dolinar about the event in our latest news maker.

The United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley (UWNSV) is accepting applications for impact grants.

News Maker Elise Stine-Dolinar of United Way on the Alice program

The United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley (UWNSV) will host a number of activities for the Alice emergency Fund.

Alice stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed and is designed to help those needing minor financial assistance.

We spoke to UWNSV’s Senior Director of Advancement Elise Stine-Dolinar about the program in our latest news maker.

She goes on to explain that Nov. 15 through 19 there is a series of events that will bring awareness to the program and help raise funds for Alice.
