Construction continues in Shenandoah Farms

The County of Warren Public Works continues with Phase IV construction in Shenandoah Farms.

This project is expected to take six months to complete, and it began in November.

They are currently working on the subgrade and drainage work from Old Oregon Road back towards box culvert #3, another set of culverts is set to arrive next month.

The total cost of this project is $1.6 million and is a revenue sharing project funded by Warren County, the Virginia Department of
Transportation, and the Shenandoah Farms Sanitary District.

The Public Works Department is committed to completing this project and will continue to issue updates as construction continues.

Election Officers needed in Virginia

Governor Youngkin is urging Virginians to sign up to be election officers in November.

Thousands of citizens are needed each year to serve as election officers, or poll workers, to ensure accurate and secure elections.

All Election Day polling locations and early voting locations need Officers of Election for every day that they are open.

To become an officer, you must be a qualified voter in Virginia.

Early voting begins Friday, September 22nd with election day November 7th.
