Winchester C-CAP offers a self-reliance series

The Congregational Community Action Project (C-CAP) of Winchester reports by email that they are offering a self-reliance series starting Tuesday, February 20.

Through a grant from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints the series hopes to allow clients find self-sufficiency.

The series will be held at the C-Cap office at 112 South Kent Street.

The first event covers personal finances with addiction recovery covered on Wednesday and Emotional Reliance on Thursday.

Each session begins at 6 and lasting until 8 p.m. in most cases.

The classes are free and open to anyone with additional therapy and coaching also available.
