Upon arrival Garrett A. Wright of Martinsburg West Virginia was arrested July 31.

The 30-year-old Wright faces charges of use of a communications system to facilitate certain offenses involving children and a second offense of taking indecent liberties with children.

Wright is being held without bond in the Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail with an August 24 9 a.m. Warren County court date.

The FRPD is an active member of the Northern Virginia DC Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
