The City of Winchester has begun their 2023 General Real Estate Reassessment.

The City’s Vendor for appraisals is Pearson’ s Appraisal Service.

Pearson’s Appraisal Service will be conducting reviews of properties within the city limits.

According to the City’s news release Pearson’s staff will be traveling in clearly marked vehicles and have proper identification.
