Front Royal invites the public to a comprehensive planning meeting
A town of Front Royal social media post announced a comprehensive planning meeting and the public is invited.
The citizen input is encouraged for planning purposes for the next 30 years.
Subjects like roads and transportation, affordable workforce housing, economic development and more will be discussed.
Staff and summit engineers will provide information and be asking for the public’s input.
The first meeting is Tue. Nov. 23 at 11 a.m. with a second meeting at 5 p.m. that day at the Front Royal pavilion.
Light refreshments and food will be available.

VDOT conducts a design public hearing
A design public hearing is planned for construction of a bridge on Rt. 658 Rockland Road over the Norfolk and Southern Railway in Warren County.
A bridge would alleviate the frequent stops and delays due to rail traffic.
The public hearing will take place virtually Thursday June 17 from 4 to 6 p.m..
