Male Arrested In Warren County For CSAM

Robert McCoy, a 30 year-old male from Front Royal was arrested by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) regarding the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in Warren County.

After receiving downloads of CSAM during the sheriff’s office investigation, the special opperations team of the WCSO executed a search warrant to McCoy’s residence in Front Royal.

Several computers and electronics were removed from the home as evidence.

On July 12th, McCoy was arrested for his crimes.

He is being held at the Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail (RSW) without bond.

His court date is set for July 25th in the Warren County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Former Christendom College Professor arrested

A former Christendom College professor has been charged with solicitation of a minor and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

72 year old William R. Luckey is being held without bail at the regional jail.

The College states on its website that the charges have no connection to the personnel or students at the school.

Luckey taught at Christendom from 1984 until his retirement in 2015.
