Man who fatally stabbed dog involved in other cases

Loudoun County Authorities believe the man who was arrested for fatally stabbing a dog in Falls Church has been involved in other cases of animal cruelty.

Reyan Hassan Ibrahim of Broadlands Virginia was involved in two known destruction of property incidents in Loudoun County in November.

Ibrahim is accused of destroying a drive-through board at a fast-food restaurant and destruction of property at a convenience store.

WTOP reports that the 25-year-old Ibrahim was reportedly also involved in an incident at Wheatland Farms in Purcellville.

Ibrahim was reportedly seen around some dead chickens on the farm.

When approached by a farm hand Ibrahim was acting erratically and pointed to a horse saying the animal was possessed.

Ibrahim eventually left the property only to return later with a concealed license plate and attempting to get near the horse but again was chased off.

The dog in the January 15 incident was being walked by her owner in Falls Church when Ibrahim attacked it.

The dog named Lucy had to be euthanized because of the injures sustained in the attack.
