The National Park Service is reporting that they offer a new app that allows you to explore over 400 national parks virtually nationwide.

Interactive maps, calendar events, and more information will be accessible on your phone.

The app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices and can be downloaded free through your app store and google play.

The app includes the Shenandoah National Park, but it is recommended that you save the content for offline use as cell service is spotty at best on the Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park.

There is an option available on the app to allow offline saving of the content.
