Prince William County Authorities investigate shooting at school

Prince William County Authorities report they are investigating a shooting at a middle school.

On Sunday afternoon May 1 Authorities responded to reports of shooting during a youth football game at Benton Middle School in Manassas Virginia.

It has been confirmed by Authorities that two men were transported to the hospital for treatment for gunshot wounds.

Authorities are investigating to determine what led up to the shooting and identify the shooter.

The shooter, who remains at large, was described as a thin black male 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium complexion.

Ages or identities of victim nor shooter have not been released at this time.

The incident occurred during a flag football game at the athletic field at the middle school.

The incident remains under investigation.
