An email from the Winchester Police Department (WPD) reports a Winchester Grand Jury indicted 55 year old Hylton Matthew Walker.

Walker the former owner of Walker Landscape and Patio resided in the 1300 block of S. Loudoun St. Winchester.

He has been indicted on nine sex related offenses against three female juveniles.

The alleged crimes against the juveniles date back to 2012 with a recent incident occurring in Aug. 2021.

The WPD Criminal investigation Division is concerned that there may be more victims of Walker.

Anyone with information or anyone who may have had inappropriate contact with Walker is asked to call Detective Bansal at (540) 545-4704.

Walker is currently held without bond at the Regional Detention Center.
