Former Turner Ashby High School choir teacher Wesley Dunlap, Rockingham County Public Schools and others have been named in a $10 million lawsuit.

The suit alleges sexual misconduct by Dunlap against a then 18 year old student.

Dunlap has already pleaded guilty and been sentenced for two counts of sexual abuse of a child in another case.

Dunlap’s teaching license has already been revoked in the United States.
