Last month Governor Glenn Youngkin signed the Virginia State Budget.

The budget includes funds for the Shenandoah Valley Rail Trail from Broadway to Front Royal.

The Rail Trail hopes to utilize abandoned train tracks to create a walking, hiking and biking trail.

We spoke to the Chairperson of the Shenandoah Valley Rail Trail Partnership Brandon Davis in our latest news maker.
