Silver Branch Brewing Company expands to Old Town Warrenton

Governor Glenn Youngkin and Silver Branch Brewing Company announced the brewery and taproom’s expansion into Virginia for the Fall of 2023.

Silver Branch will invest $3 million into the Old Town Warrenton location which will create 38 new jobs.

The former Wort Hog facility will allow the company to pursue additional production opportunities and expand its presence into the Commonwealth.

Co-Founders Christian Layke and Brett Robinson grew up in Vienna and Great Falls and are excited to join Virginia’s craft beer community.

Like the Silver Spring location, Silver Branch Warrenton Station will offer a diverse food menu, a full bar with cocktails and wine to pair with their award winning brews.

Between both locations, they will offer 18-24 rotating taps with selections inspired by the four major brewing cultures- Central Europe, British Isles, the Americas, and Belgium.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership helped Fauquier County secure the expansion and will support Silver Branch’s production-related job creation through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP).
