FRPD make an arrest in the Hill St. stabbing

The Front Royal Police Department (FRPD) responded to a reported stabbing on Hill Street.

The victim, Mario Frazier was bleeding from the neck when authorities arrived.

Frazier was transported to Warren Memorial Hospital and treated for non life threatening wounds.

Frazier’s roommate Anthony Edward Herbert was accused of the stabbing after an argument and physical altercation.

The 61 year old Herbert was located and arrested shortly after without incident.

Herbert has been charged with malicious wounding and faces a Sep. 21 court date.
