Warren County Fire and Rescue responded to and contained the rupture of an above ground 200 gallon storage tank in the 10300 block of Rt. 340.

The tank containing used motor oil ruptured during offload.

The Warren County Fire Marshal and firefighters determined that no immediate health or environmental hazards were present.

The contents were quickly contained before reaching a water way.

The contents did reach a building which was rendered unsafe until clean up was complete.
