SCSO has a successful stuff a bus

Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) school resource officers collected school supplies over the weekend.

A lot more items were collected this year than last and they are being sorted this week.

They will be distributed Fri. Jul. 16 at Peter Muhlenberg Middle School in Woodstock.

With close to 900 students in need items can still be donated by contacting the SCSO.

Items like writing utensils, notebooks will be accepted but book bags are the most needed items.

All items will remain in Shenandoah County and SCSO appreciates the communities’ support.

SCSO collects for back to school today 7/10 and tomorrow 7/11

Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) School Resource Officers are collecting school supplies at the Woodstock Walmart.

The stuff the bus campaign is from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today Jul. 10 and tomorrow Jul.11.

They are collecting items like writing utensils, markers, notebooks, bookbags and other back to school essentials.

All items collected for Shenandoah County stuff the bus will remain in Shenandoah County.
