Middletown tree lighting ceremony
The Town of Middletown began their holiday celebrations yesterday with a tree lighting ceremony.
The town welcomed a special guest, the 1982 NFL MVP Mark Moseley, for the evening.
Local businesses donated food that was given away and members of the Christmas Parade Committee gave presents to children who came.
A bonfire was also held and of course a visit from the big red man himself, Santa Clause.
The event was deemed a success after having to downsize last year’s festivities.
