Sunday July 18 , 2021 Phillip Allen & Tiffany Thomas were wanted in connection to a carjacking in the area of Winchester.

Found in Maryland, they have since been apprehended and taken into custody.

The pair was traveling in a black Jeep Cherokee with Virginia tags.
