christmas parade canceled

The Town of Middletown and Legacy Christian Academy are partnering to help raise funds for Legacy’s baseball field expansion with a 2nd Annual Car Show.

Last years raised enough money for the school to play their season at the field.

They are hoping this year will raise enough money for the next phase which will include bathrooms, a press box and concession stand.

The car and truck show has a $15 entry fee with prizes for multiple categories.

The event will be held Sunday, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Town Park in Middletown.

christmas parade canceled

Middletown will host the 11th annual car, truck, and tractor show Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm on Main Street.

This year’s event could have record numbers once again after last year’s show topped over 300 cars.

No preregistration is necessary and the categories include 1900-1980, 1980-present, and best tractor with prizes for each category.

License plates commemorating Middletown’s 225th anniversary will be available for purchase.

Proceeds from those sales and the car show go towards future Fourth of July celebrations for the town.
