An app is now available that will provide personalized health check-ins after you receive the COVID-19 Vaccination.

The app is a quick easy way to tell the Center for Disease Control (CDC) of any side effects from the vaccination.

The CDC is able to communicate any health information and inform you when you can get the second dose.

Available at vsafe.cdc.gov for your smartphone.
