Rockland Road is closed to through traffic until at least Thursday for track repair.

Motorist are asked to use alternate routes Fairground, Ashby Station or Morgan Ford Roads in the meantime.

Warren County Sheriff Mark Butler has been in contact with Norfolk Southern Railroad (NSR).

The Sheriff expressed his concern regarding the lack of notification on the closure.

Butler wants the public to know he has also contacted State Elected Officials about the excessive impeding of public and private roads in the county for unacceptable periods of time.
