FCSO release additional information on Wells Fargo robbery

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) continue the investigation of a December 13 robbery at the Walls Fargo bank branch at 110 Rivendell Court.

The white male suspect was wearing a heavy jacket with the hood pulled up to obscure his face.

When looking closely enough it looks as though the subject has a thin mustache.

The subject was reported before he entered the bank in a dark-colored passenger vehicle.

After entering the bank, in the afternoon of December 13 around 4:40 the subject produced a note demanding money and insinuating that he was armed.

The employee complained, handing over an undisclosed amount of money and the subject left the building on foot.

It is noted that the subject did not display a weapon during the incident.

Anyone with any information pertaining to the crime is urged to contact the FCSO at 540-662-6162.
