City of Winchester expands office closures

Due to COVID-19 exposure among staff the City of Winchester has extended even further the closure of Commissioner of the Revenue’s and Treasurer’s Offices through Jan. 22.

The offices are still available by mail, email, phone and drop boxes and online services at winchesterva.gov remain available.

Two City of Winchester Offices remain closed

The Commissioner of the Revenue and City Treasurer’s office remain closed due to COVID-19 protocols.

Where the offices remain closed they are available by phone, email and online at winchesterva.gov.

The offices hope to re-open Jan. 19 however both teams are provided with flexibility should other staff come under further COVID-19 protocols.

Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office as well as Winchester Treasurer’s Office will remain closed until at least Jan. 15 due to COVID-19 protocols.

While the offices are closed both will be available by phone or email.

Both offices are at phone number (540) 667-1815.

Online services will also be available at winchesterva.gov of course drop boxes located outside Rouss City hall at the Creamery Building are always available.
