The City of Winchester needs information that could affect your bill

The City of Winchester is asking residents to complete a survey on the new trash carts before Aug. 20.

There are a number of things the Public Works staff need to know before the September trash carts roll out at winchesterva.gov/refuse.

Monthly fees will be affected by the choices you make on the survey.

Residents are strongly encouraged to visit Rouss City Hall or Jim Barnett Park Recreation Center for more information.
