The community came through for 2 fundraisers

Community support was overwhelming over the weekend for two fundraisers.

In the fundraiser for Mason Ryder over $1500 was raised to offset the bills for the 8 year old liver transplant patient.

Donations can still be made at Mason Ryder’s Journey Facebook Page.

At the Virginia Beer Museum a gathering of supports raised over $6,000 for local musician James Vaughan.

The money will go towards helping James offset bills from a stroke.

James promises to donate whatever funds are leftover after bills are paid.

The fundraisers met tremendous success thanks to the community.
