The house arrest for Clarke Co. Capitol insurgents suspect reduced
The house arrest of the  Clarke County resident accused of being a part of the Jan. 6 Capitol insurgents has been reduced.
Thomas Edward Caldwell is now allowed out weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m..
The change is to allow Caldwell to visit his lawyer and doctor.
