On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Janet had a conversation on The Valley Business Today with Cynthia Schneider, CEO and Ashley Miller, Director of Marketing & Communications with the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber about the chamber’s efforts to support local businesses during the COVID19 pandemic. They talked about how the chamber is “rallying the resources” on a local, regional, state and national level, as well as:
- the importance of business owners taking the time they may have now to work ON their business since most can’t work AT their business;
- information regarding SBA loans and grants;
- moving events to a virtual space in order to continue to provide the resources and information to members;
- the resource guide that will go out in The Winchester Star in the coming weeks.
