United Way Opens 2020 Impact Grant Program for Letters of Intent
United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley has opened up the 2020-2021 Community Impact Grant Program for local nonprofits and agencies. The intent of this program is to respond to local priority needs as established through the United Way Community Needs Assessment process, in the areas of education, financial stability and health. Letters of intent from nonprofits stating their interest to apply for a grant are due January 17, 2020. Letters can be sent to United Way NSV (329. N. Cameron St. Winchester, VA 22601 or via email at email@example.com).
In 2019, the Impact Grant Program of United Way NSV invested more than $521,000 in 36 education, financial stability and health programs throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley (Winchester City, Frederick County, Clarke County, Shenandoah County and Page County).
