UVA reports the COVID-19 Pandemic has plateaued
According to University of Virginia (UVA) COVID-19 model on the Virginia Department of Health’s (VDH) website we are past the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Indications are that health districts have plateaued with a distinct decline in new cases statewide.
However rates remain very high in Virginia.
Virginia is still above the national average.
With the virus variants continued use of masks, social distancing and hand washing must still be adhered to.
