VAPB offers scholarships
The Virginia Associated Press Broadcasters (VAPB) Association is offering two $1500 scholarships for degrees in broadcasting.
A scholarship will be awarded to a Virginia and West Virginia student.
Deadline for submission is Mar. 15 with more here.
